Non-Refundable Items

Customers do not have a right to return, replace or exchange the following:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer or are not in the same condition as the customer received them.
• Products with tampered or missing tags.

If you'd like to return a product, please email captain@hadeedsports.com with details of the return request and the order number. Please note that return shipping charges will occur.
